Test Best Academy Guarantee & Refund Policies - Updated 1/2/23

These Guarantee Policies & Disclaimers shall apply to all services provided by Test Best Academy LLC (hereafter “Test Best Academy”, “we” or “our”) for the client student families (hereafter “Student”, “Students,” “you”, “Family”, or “Families”).

 

  1. The 30 Day “Buy-in” Guarantee & Refund Policy: If within the first 30 days after enrollment your student decides Test Best Academy is not right for them for any reason, you may email Nate at [email protected] to request a refund for your Test Best Academy tuition, and you will be fully refunded.
  2. The 180 Day Success Guarantee & Refund Policy: If a student completes all lessons in Test Best Academy and your family is not satisfied with your student's results, simply email Nate at [email protected] within 180 days of first enrollment to request a full refund for your Test Best Academy tuition. We will check to ensure your student has completed all lessons, and, once we verify your student completed the course, we will issue a full refund to the payment method used at time of enrollment.
